We're just a group of people who believe that you shouldn't have to navigate mental health and recovery alone. And we wholeheartedly believe tomorrow can be different.
If you have a question, comment, ideas for new content, things you'd like to see us do better, want to share your story – we're all ears. But if you have questions about medications, are unsure of your diagnosis or need professional help from a therapist, the best we can do is share resources on where to find help in your area.
