At Fight for Better Tomorrows, there are six things we believe to be true. These are non-negotiable statements. They are rooted in fact – not opinion – and therefore cannot be changed. They are:

We Will Not Be Silent

We believe in talking about the topics no one wants to or feels comfortable talking about – like mental illness, self-harm, suicide, substance use disorders, eating disorders, recovery and self-care. We believe that stigma and shame grow in silence, and we will not be silent.
